How did everyone do with the challenge last week? Did you try something new or fun this week for exercise? I played tennis this week, which is the new thing I have added in the last few months. I love playing tennis so I do not think of it as “exercise”.
This week the challenge is to find a, new to you, healthy recipe and make it for you and/or your family. If it is good then please share. I know I am in need of some fresh recipes. "Diet" food should not have to be tasteless, like plastic or full of air. Healthy food can be full of flavor and fun.
