I had a good week despite allowing myself to rest. I lost 2 lbs making my total loss for the last 6 weeks 21.5 lbs. Not too shabby. I hope that I will have another 19.5 lbs off by the end of the challenge. As you read in my last post I am back to working out this week so I should see a 3 lb loss. . . should!
I am going to throw out what I think is an easier challenge this week. I want you to do an activity that is fun; working out does not have to be all work and no play. Losing weight does not have to be such a drag. Try something new or something you have not done for a while. Make it FUN!
Keep your eye on the ball everyone. You CAN do this, remember. . . DISCIPLINE, which has to be purposeful, DESIRE, which you have and DETERMINATION, find that inner tenacity, and make this happen for yourself.
