Yesterday I weighed in at 189 lbs. I'm down 10 lbs from last Saturday. Only 5 more to go to be back to where I was. Exercising this week has been so much fun. Variety is definitely the key. I'm learning what I like and what I don't like. The spin classes go by so quickly. The kickboxing class made me the most sore. The cardio with strength training was the most fun. I'm so glad I have the opportunity to try all of these different classes out. If you can find different things to do it keeps it exciting and fun.
I have some new thoughts rolling around in my head. I'm hoping to have time to share them with you this week. Stay tuned . . .
