Plan of Attack

I just finished my first week of my 9 week challenge. If I've already posted this bear with me. My new challenge is to have 19.5 lbs off by Sept 3rd. Setting these short term goals have been a huge part of my success. I didn't set one the last  2 months and I can see it in my weight loss. It's time to refocus on a short term goal. This goal should put me at 175 lbs. Only 25 lbs away from my goal weight. I was up a half a pound last Saturday but it's that time of the month so that means I was actually lower, I just don't know how low. I weighed 195 lbs. I would like to see 190 this Saturday. I'm going to work my hardest to get there.

We were all out doing circuits at 6 AM this morning. If you want to join us come on down to the Pine Nursery Park at 6 AM Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri mornings. We work hard, sweat hard & have a great time.

I ran another 10 miles last Saturday. It just amazes me that I'm putting those kind of miles in now. Who knew?!?! I have one more weekend of 10 miles and then I think I'll go a little farther the following weekend.

I think I've finally found the courage to tell you all what I'm going to do in August. I'll post it tomorrow so stay tuned. . . .
