I really tried to work on getting more rest this past week. I think it back fired though because all I want to do is sleep now. LOL! I've noticed my water consumption dwindling so I'm going to re-focus on that this week.
My challenge to you this week is to journal how you're feeling everyday. This is also a tough one for me. I've never been good with the discipline of journaling. So many people have told me of all the benefits, yet I still haven't made it a priority. This week I will work everyday to write. Hopefully this will help me figure out what's going on when I want to over eat.
