It was a wonderful article. Inspiring, as well as a good reminder for me to keep steady toward my goal too. Just 42 pounds for me to lose, but I have been in a slump with no motivation. The desire for comfort foods can be so overwhelming that I scare myself. Can I really do this? The is yes, now I need to convince the subconscious of it :)
