As you all know, I spoke at the Learning To Run launch at Westside Church last weekend. It went really well and they had a great turn out. It's exciting for me to see people find the courage to make change in their lives and to expect something of themselves this year. Go for something greater!
Hopefully this won't be the last time I get to tell my story to a group of people. It was so fun getting to talk about something I'm passionate about.
