There are so m...Think of Weight loss like a budget.<br />There are so many calories or points I can eat. If I exercise I earn a margin of fresh choices. But, Just like my home checkbook..if I want it to balance I have to pay attention to what I have to spend...<br />So, with all my audacious creativity, I make my calories (points) stretch by making incredibly crunchy, colorful, tasty food choices that make me feel and look better! fun journey..and sometimes I stop along the way for a shared piece of Mudpie....if my "budget" allows!!! :-)salcicciolinoreply@blogger.com
